{"id":12334,"date":"2023-12-23T23:48:37","date_gmt":"2023-12-23T22:48:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.incide.it\/team-building-natale-2023\/"},"modified":"2024-02-06T00:38:59","modified_gmt":"2024-02-05T23:38:59","slug":"team-building-christmas-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.incide.it\/en\/team-building-christmas-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Incide Christmas Week: creativity, trust, team communication"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Creativity<\/strong>, <strong>trust<\/strong> and <strong>communication<\/strong> are some of the key elements that achieve well-being in relationships and, in particular, in work teams.<\/p>\n<p>These principles were also the fundamental <strong>tools<\/strong> in the hands of all the resources of our Team during the <strong><em>Incide Christmas Week<\/em><\/strong> activities: a <strong>week dedicated to people<\/strong> and shared serenity to welcome the holidays and rest.<\/p>\n<p>Before the Christmas break, the entire Team was in fact invited to get out of their comfort zone, to get involved together and thus lighten the relational dynamics, experimenting with various activities: here are some of them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communication: clarity is the basis for success<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After opening Christmas Week with a rebus in Venetodialect, an engaging and fun way to test creativity and team spirit, in the heart of the week we focused on <strong>communication<\/strong>. Through the game of the &#8216;Wireless Telephone&#8217;, a dynamic exploration of the importance of communication, the centrality of clarity emerged for <strong>goal-centred understanding<\/strong>, both at work and in everyday life.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6MJWvxAUedM?si=QrpeteanNzmu5gZg\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trust: knowing how to rely on a common goal\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A virtuous circle of trust was formed thanks to the game in which, blindfolded, <strong>we relied on each other<\/strong> to achieve a common goal.
