The team has expanded with the arrival of <strong>10 new resources<\/strong> distributed among the <em>plant, structures, architecture and construction<\/em> divisions. The strong focus on <strong>professional growt<\/strong>h is also evident in the implementation of targeted HR processes, assessment and team development with over 700 hours of training, as well as the launch of an <strong>internal training academy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corporate events: uniting the team while promoting well-being<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The company organised various corporate events, including the Dragon Boat, the Incide Summer Party, the Mountain Bike excursion in the Euganean Hills and the Incide Christmas Week, aimed at consolidating the <strong>sense of belonging<\/strong>, the <strong>values<\/strong> that guide the company and <strong>collaboration<\/strong> within the team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Production: multidisciplinary expertise in major projects<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Significant results were achieved, with <strong>over 120,000 hours of engineering<\/strong> <strong>produced<\/strong> and the realisation of major projects such as the Arcelor Mittal Headquarters, the renovation of the UN headquarters, and the schools project financed by PNRR funds. Multidisciplinary skills were emphasised, with <strong>35 per cent dedicated to structural engineering services<\/strong>, <strong>25 per cent to architectural design<\/strong>, and the remaining <strong>40 per cent to the design of electrical and mechanical systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innovation and research: guided by technology towards optimisation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Incide set up a <strong>research and development group<\/strong> to optimise and standardise work processes, including identifying the <strong>best available technologies<\/strong>. Two new resources have been dedicated to this area, also supporting dissertation projects and obtaining funding for BIM masters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New certifications obtained<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The company has consolidated its <strong>UNI EN ISO 9001:2015<\/strong> (Quality management system) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.incide.it\/en\/iso-14001-iso-45001-certification-benefits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">certification<\/a>, and obtained <strong>UNI EN ISO 14001:2015<\/strong> (Environmental management system) and <strong>UNI ISO 45001:2018<\/strong> (Occupational health and safety management system).<\/p>\n<p>These recognitions cover different areas, demonstrating Incide&#8217;s commitment to quality management systems, occupational safety and environmental management.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turnover and back logs on the rise\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turnover is estimated to reach \u20ac5.5 million, an increase of <strong>+60%<\/strong> over 2022 and <strong>+110%<\/strong> over 2021. The consolidated back log stands at \u20ac4 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the road to new goals: the 2024 targets<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Looking ahead to 2024, Incide Engineering sets itself ambitious goals, anchored in principles of responsibility and quality. The company aims to <strong>grow by 20%<\/strong>, <strong>consolidate the organisational structure<\/strong> and<strong> expand the presence in foreign markets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, in line with the strategic guideline that sees resources at the centre, the bonus for objectives will be implemented and there are plans to obtain <strong>SA8000 certification<\/strong> on working conditions and <strong>Gender Equality<\/strong>, as well as <strong>BIM certification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The commitment to the quality of the built environment and a design attentive to the needs of customers, both nationally and internationally, remain the company&#8217;s strategic drivers, constantly accompanied by a special care for the relationship with its resources and all stakeholders.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Incide achieved important milestones and chosen to pay special attention to all aspects of the business.
