Incide Engineering<\/a>, in association with the engineering company AI PROGETTI S.R.L. <\/a>of Venice and the architectural firm GOTTARDO ASSOCIATI<\/a> of Rubano (PD), was awarded<\/strong> the tender<\/strong> for the works to improve<\/strong> the logistic capacity of the Fruit and Vegetable Market<\/strong> of Via Italica in the Municipality of Camaiore.<\/p>\n

The assignment provides for the execution of engineering and architecture services<\/strong> for the technical and economic feasibility design, executive design<\/strong>, CSP, CSE, and Works Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Renovation work for the Camaiore Fruit and Vegetable Market<\/h2>\n

In particular, the project envisages interventions up to conservative building renovation<\/strong>, such as<\/p>\n

    \n
  • the installation of photovoltaic panels<\/strong> on the main roof of the building, which will serve the necessary market installations;<\/li>\n
  • the thermalinsulation<\/strong> of the roof to ensure the reduction of heat dispersion, in order to guarantee better indoor comfort and to reduce the expenses necessary for air conditioning management;<\/li>\n
  • the construction of a new structure<\/strong> housing the cold stores<\/strong>, to replace the current ones that will be dismantled and removed, to be located adjacent to the existing building;<\/li>\n
  • the revisitation of the road<\/strong> system to improve the management of the existing one and the enhancement of spaces<\/strong> dedicated to local producers;<\/li>\n
  • theautomation of the movement of goods<\/strong> to and from the cold stores by means of a robot system that will manage these operations;<\/li>\n
  • the replacement of current air-conditioning<\/strong> systems with more efficient systems that guarantee energy savings<\/strong> compared to the current situation;<\/li>\n
  • theinstallation of LED lights<\/strong> to replace the current luminous devices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The total amount of the works to be designed is \u20ac 4,454,545.45<\/p>\n
