The use of an information-based design <\/b>must necessarily be followed by the use of the same tool on site <\/b>and in the maintenance management of buildings.<\/p>\n
The tool that INCIDE has adopted will allow the use of digital models for multiple advantages<\/b>:<\/p>\n This digitisation of information sharing<\/b>, which is immediate, instantaneous and transparent, makes it possible to eliminate the obstacles <\/b>of routine site management, such as:<\/p>\n This site management technology allows project <\/b>and jobsite plans to be <\/b> uploaded <\/b>and shared in real time with other parties involved, such as collaborators, construction company stakeholders, testers or end customers, including public administrations.<\/p>\n Another great strength is that it brings together <\/b>many of the typical needs of the construction site<\/b>. In fact, in addition to the already mentioned module for sharing and annotating plans, it is possible to share files<\/b> of all kinds, submit documents<\/b> for approval to the parties in charge, and draw up, archive and consult the construction logbook<\/b>.<\/p>\n Photographs<\/b>, which can be taken and uploaded directly from a mobile phone, can be associated with specific points<\/b> on the plans, thus adding annotations and placing them in space relative to the intervention under construction.<\/p>\n Finally, it is also possible to visualise 3D BIM models <\/b>and manage activities<\/b>, to assign actions to individual subjects, with deadlines and useful annotations.<\/p>\n In short, it is a technology that allows all data to be captured and controlled in one place, improving efficiency and cutting time.<\/p>\n On the Italian scene, INCIDE<\/strong> is one of the first companies in the sector<\/strong> to experiment with its use as a construction management system: the \u2018Villa Ferro\u2019 Fidenza school complex is the first project to benefit from this innovation.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The construction site concerns the building of a school complex designed by INCIDE in RTP with the VGA<\/a> architecture studio (Arch. Vittorio Grassi of Milan), including a primary and secondary school complex, a gymnasium and outdoor sports areas.<\/p>\n The project, also reported by famous Italian magazines<\/a>, intends to build the school of the future<\/b>, i.e. to build a new way of learning composed of dialogue with nature, inclusion through spaces, and sustainability achieved through green building.<\/p>\n School Complex in Villa Ferro – Fidenza | Italy<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n
