{"id":15088,"date":"2025-05-26T23:55:18","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T21:55:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.incide.it\/aggiudicazione-gara-restauro-villa-favorita\/"},"modified":"2025-12-22T10:43:35","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T09:43:35","slug":"tender-mep-design-villa-naples-italy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.incide.it\/en\/tender-mep-design-villa-naples-italy\/","title":{"rendered":"Awarded the tender for the restoration of Villa Favorita (NA): Incide signs the MEP and BIM design"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In April 2025, the Temporary Grouping Minerva Restauri S.r.l. and Cuzzolino S.r.l. was awarded, through a tender launched by the Agenzia del Demanio (State Property Agency), the integrated contract for the executive design and execution of the restoration and conservative renovation works of the \u2018Edificio del Bianchi\u2019 and the adjoining \u2018Edificio di collegamento\u2019, part of the prestigious monumental compendium of Villa Favorita e Parco in Ercolano (NA).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incide was chosen as technical partner<\/strong> for the <strong>MEP design<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.incide.it\/en\/electrical-and-mechanical-engineering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mechanical, electrical engineering<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.incide.it\/en\/fire-safety-engineering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fire protection<\/a>) and for the<strong> coordination of the entire <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.incide.it\/en\/building-information-modelling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BIM process<\/a>, confirming its experience in the redevelopment of complex and listed historic buildings, and its multidisciplinary methodologies for integrated design.<\/p>\n<p>The design team is led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dpcarchitetti.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DPC Architetti S.r.l.<\/a>, with the participation of Archeo ED S.r.l., Giannantoni Ingegneria and other specialists for this work with a total value of \u20ac 9,206,604.93.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1190\"><\/h3>\n<h2 data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1190\">The restoration project, between historical memory and re-functionalisation<\/h2>\n<p>The project envisages the <strong>re-functioning<\/strong> of the building for<strong> educational purposes<\/strong>, aimed at hosting a high school or a postgraduate specialisation course. The solution, compliant with the Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36\/2023), Ministerial Decree 560\/2017 and UNI 11337 standards, will allow the collection, management and sharing of all design and technical data in a Data Sharing Environment (ACDat); it will also make possible an <strong>evolved Facility Management<\/strong> guaranteeing <strong>interoperability<\/strong>, <strong>traceability<\/strong> and <strong>information continuity<\/strong> in all project phases.<\/p>\n<p>This technological infrastructure will make it possible to precisely map activities and resources, control times and costs according to a structured logic (WBS\/Work Package), facilitating coordination between the professional figures involved and facilitating interfaces with the client.
