{"id":15572,"date":"2025-09-29T00:32:50","date_gmt":"2025-09-28T22:32:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.incide.it\/gara-restauro-scuola-pitteri-gorizia\/"},"modified":"2025-12-22T10:41:10","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T09:41:10","slug":"tender-restoration-school-pitteri-gorizia-italy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.incide.it\/en\/tender-restoration-school-pitteri-gorizia-italy\/","title":{"rendered":"Tender awarded for the restoration of the Riccardo Pitteri School in Gorizia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As principal in temporary joint venture\u00a0with the Perugia-based company SAB, Incide has been awarded the contract by the Italian Ministry of Justice \u2013 Department of Prison Administration for the<strong> restoration and conservation<\/strong> of the former \u201cRiccardo Pitteri\u201d school in Gorizia.<br \/>\nThe project covers a total area of approximately <strong>2,595 square metres<\/strong> and involves an <strong>investment of \u20ac7.46 million<\/strong> for the works, with <strong>\u20ac941,000 earmarked for engineering and architectural services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The assignment entrusted to RTP includes the <strong>drafting of the technical-economic feasibility study<\/strong>, the <strong>executive project and, optionally, the supervision of works and safety coordination<\/strong> during the execution phase.<\/p>\n<p>The building, declared a <strong>cultural heritage<\/strong> site in 2006, is located in the urban centre of Gorizia and has three floors above ground, an attic and a basement.
