Operations Centre at San Salvatore Hospital in L&#8217;Aquila (IT)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Incide Engineering, as representative of the Temporary Association of Professionals (RTP) together with SIIS and Studio Sablone, has been awarded by <strong>Local Health Authority ASL 1 Abruzzo \u2013 Avezzano, Sulmona, L&#8217;Aquila<\/strong>, the contract for technical services for <strong>works management, safety coordination and technical and economic feasibility and executive design<\/strong> for the <strong>new 118 Operations Centre<\/strong> at the <strong>San Salvatore Hospital<\/strong> in L&#8217;Aquila.<\/p>\n<p>The contract includes the construction of the <strong>operations centre, car park, heliport and hangar for aircraft storage<\/strong> in an area located south of the hospital complex.<br \/>\nThe total cost of the works is <strong>\u20ac4,230,000.00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>A two-part project to enhance the emergency healthcare system of ASL 1 Abruzzo<\/h2>\n<p>The contract is divided into two functional lots:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lot 1 \u2013 Construction of the <strong>118 Emergency Operations Centre<\/strong>, currently under construction.<\/li>\n<li>Lot 2 \u2013 Completion with the construction of the <strong>hangar<\/strong>, <strong>helipad<\/strong> and <strong>external facilities<\/strong>, including car parks and green areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The hangar, measuring approximately 500 m\u00b2, will be equipped with maintenance and staff service areas, with fire-resistant partitions that comply with environmental and anti-pollution regulations.<br \/>\nThe <strong>circular helipad<\/strong> will be equipped with <strong>visual aids for day and night flying<\/strong>, in compliance with ENAC requirements.<br \/>\nThe project also includes the installation of <strong>photovoltaic panels<\/strong> on the roof, in line with national directives on energy efficiency and renewable be developed entirely using <strong>BIM methodology<\/strong>, ensuring integration, coordination and traceability in all design and execution phases.<br \/>\nThe project will comply with the <strong>Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM)<\/strong> set out in Legislative Decree 50\/2016 and subsequent amendments, ensuring sustainable design focused on the quality of public healthcare
