Incide Engineering\u2019s project on Pavilion 4<\/a> is a complex architectural regeneration scheme that combines the preservation of a listed historic building with the latest seismic safety requirements. In a building dating back to the early 20th century, the ability to strike a balance between conservation and innovation is crucial, involving the implementation of state-of-the-art structural reinforcements and flexible technical solutions.<\/p>\n

The current works see Incide taking the lead in a wide range of activities: project management<\/a>, architecture<\/a>, structural engineering<\/a>, civil engineering<\/a>, electrical systems, mechanical systems<\/a>, fire protection<\/a>, BIM<\/a> and safety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For local residents, patients and their families, this project translates into a safer and more accessible environment.<\/p>\n

Here is a detailed overview of the progress on site, which is bringing the project ever closer to its ultimate goal: to return to the community a modern and inclusive Mental Health Centre (MHC), capable of unifying services within a single, cohesive area dedicated to therapy and rehabilitation.<\/p>\n
