The Temporary Consortium led by Incide Engineering (lead contractor) and comprising S.I.I.S. S.r.l. (principal) has been awarded the open European tender<\/strong> launched by the Province of Padua for the construction of the new Civil Protection headquarters<\/strong> in Via delle Cave, Padua (IT)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The scope of work includes the Technical and Economic Feasibility Study (PFTE) and the Detailed Design, to be drawn up and submitted using BIM; Safety Coordination during the design phase (CSP) and the construction phase (CSE); construction supervision, operational management<\/a>, accounting, as well as obtaining the Fire Prevention Certificate (CPI), the Energy Performance Certificate (APE), land registry documentation and the building\u2019s occupancy permit.<\/p>\n

As this is the central hub for managing local emergencies<\/strong>, the building is classified as Use Class IV<\/strong> to ensure 24-hour operational continuity and maximum structural and seismic safety, even in the event of natural disasters.<\/p>\n
