Works management

Incide has managed multiple assignments in all fields of civil and industrial construction: complex infrastructures, restoration of prestigious historic buildings, important contemporary and innovative buildings, but also gardens, small schools, large shopping centers, with public and private clients.
Works supervision requires profound knowledge of construction techniques, the productive process es of the building industry, as well as the technical regulations, and the ability to control all construction phases. It is a role for which it is necessary to know how to create a continuous connection between clients, contractors and public bodies, to translate projects into complete and functional work knowing how to manage construction times and costs. Safety coordination

During the design phase, the activities include the drafting of Safety and Coordination Plans to prevent accidents during the execution of the works, analysing and evaluating the risks pertinent to each particular activity taking place on-site.

During the realisation of the work, the Safety Coordinator must check that instruments and procedures prepared by Incide Health & Safety specialists to govern the works sequence to protect the operators and ensure that the relevant regulations are applied.

Testing and Commissioning

We carry out structural testing activities, planning the ongoing and final checks, including load tests. We plan the start-up tests of the plants, up to the complete commissioning and calibration of all systems in civil buildings and industrial complexes.
