Incide Engineering was founded in 1998, and in over twenty years of growth the company has transformed itself from a family reality to an organised structure of over 60 people, with multisectoral and multidisciplinary services, maintaining the care and attention to clients typical of an "artisan" firm.

An international culture has led Incide to working in foreign markets, and the company now offers direct assistance to its client with offices located in different countries.

The company has acquired certifications for the Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System

The methods and attitudes to work that are typical of industrial companies, which Incide Engineering deals with on a daily basis, have led to a quality “approach”. In 2005, the company had its management system certified in accordance with Uni EN ISO 9001: 2000, and later in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 for the following: Design, Works Management and Safety Coordination.
As part of its continuous improvement process, Incide Engineering has obtained UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 certification for its Environmental Management System and UNI ISO 45001:2018 certification for its Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Since June 2024, the company has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022, the Management System for Gender Equality certification.
