Enav Radar Tower

Genoa Airport

INCIDE, in association with the Milan engineering company MCI Infrastructures, was awarded the tender for the integrated design of the new Radar tower of the Genoa Airport.

The project involves the construction of a new approach radar system complete with the building, on the edge of the airport grounds. The building that will house the route radar will be complete with the technical rooms necessary for the equipment, as well as offices and services.

INCIDE won the tender with an innovative technical proposal, with a structural solution that combines an important architectural value, transforming a purely technical element into an attractive architectural solution.

The assignment involves the development of the preliminary, final and executive design phases for the architectural, structural, plant engineering and aeronautical studies.
