The Al-Waha plant is being developed in al Jubail industrial city on the eastern coast of Saudi Arabia on a plot of land leased from the royal commission for Jubail & Yanbu. The concept of the project is to take propane gas and dehydrogenate it to produce a polymer grade propylene stream.
