Prototype realised by Idrocalor S.r.l. for a solar concentrator to be marketed for industrial heat production plant use. Incide Engineering carried out the structural analysis and static verification of the steel structure. The structure has a base that supports the mobile parabolic body consisting of supporting crosspieces and mirrors. An accurate analysis of wind loads was carried out considering the sail effect due to the object's shape.
