As part of a residential expansion project of the Municipality of Pianezze, near the medieval town of Marostica, INCIDE has developed the project of a residential housing development, 10,000 cubic meters in size, for a total area of approximately 30,000 square meters. The complex provides for the construction of different housing types, of the mono, bi, tri family and apartment buildings, within a common housing context. The project, which was born on the basis of environmental and energy sustainability, also envisages the construction of an underground parking area common to the various housing units.
