The internal department of architecture in Incide managed the complete project regarding a private villa at the foot of the Euganean hills, from the concept of architectural restoration, to the structural, plant engineering, works management and construction site safety.
The idea of restoring the old rural building (dating back to the 17th century) was to preserve the history the materials were steeped in by renovating it in a sustainable and contemporary perspective. The result is a dynamic and comfortable environment of the stone walls and olid wood beams of the ancient building and the new walls and painted metal partitions. A stately home between history and modernity.
