Incide Engineering was founded in 1998, and in over twenty years of growth the company has transformed itself from a family reality to an organised structure of over 60 people, with multisectoral and multidisciplinary services, maintaining the care and attention to clients typical of an "artisan" firm.

An international culture has led Incide to working in foreign markets, and the company now offers direct assistance to its client with offices located in different countries.

At Incide Engineering, sustainability drives our integrated design approach through measurable, whole-life criteria: Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC) support evidence-based decisions, while NZEB (Nearly Zero-Energy Building) solutions and BIM workflows help reduce impacts, improve energy performance and increase long-term durability - aligned with ESG objectives and Italy’s Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM – Criteri Ambientali Minimi) for green public procurement.

Incide Engineering operates with an Integrated Management System designed to ensure service quality, operational reliability and a structured ESG commitment. We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) for design services, construction management/supervision and health & safety coordination, and we also hold ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001:2023 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).
In addition, Incide Engineering is certified to UNI/PdR 125:2022 - the Italian reference practice for a Gender Equality Management System.
