Hangars 407-605 NAFVAC - Sigonella

Final design by Incide Engineering of two 100 x 80 mt hangars in Sigonella. The facility include a Forward Operating Base Mission Control System (MCS) featuring a Sensitive Compartment Information Facilities (SCIF) and other mission related specialty system.
The P655 P8A Hangar is an approximately 7,810 square metre (84,000 square feet) two-bay squadron maintenance high-bay hangar with a two storey attached maintenance shop and administrative area. The high-bay houses two P8A aircraft and included enabling apron improvements. The building consist of a steel-frame construction with insulated metal panels and architectural concrete base.
The P407 Hangar is an approximately 6626 square metre (71,000 square feet) two-bay Unmanned Aircraft (UA) high-bay hangar with a two story attached operation, maintenance shop and administrative area. The high-bay will house two Triton Unmanned Aircraft.
