A final project for the construction of electrical and mechanical plants for the renovation of Villa Rioda on Venice Lido. The property, intended for residential use, consists in a basement and two floors above ground, as well as an attic floor.
An extraordinary maintenance project was carried out aimed at attaching the two residential units with internal modifications, insertion of an internal lift, elimination of the secondary staircase and extension of the main staircase up to the attic.
