Founded in 1998, she has grown steadily from a local family business to a major Italian player in the civil and industrial design sector. With several hundred projects in more than 30 countries, the company has made the integration of skills, the use of new technologies and collaboration her strengths. In just a few years, the company has distinguished itself through professionalism and reliability, disciplines have been verticalised, and specialised branches of high preparation, such as the Plant Engineering division, have been created. The ability to combine expertise in multiple fields allowed Incide to successfully tackle the most complex challenges, offering state-of-the-art solutions.
In 2023, she embarked on a path of transformation: the introduction of a new Board of Directors and the increase of the share capital to EUR 500,000 confirmed the transition to a more solid and modern managerial organisation: a structured firm capable of managing several important international projects at the same time, with the same care and attention as always, but with increasingly advanced tools and skills.
This phase of growth and renewal culminates in the launch of the payoff ‘Shaping Innovation’: shaping the future with an innovative, sustainable and collaborative approach.
If the name INCIDE was born from the desire to make a mark by improving the built environment and the quality of people’s lives, Shaping Innovation represents the next step in this evolution. It is a vision that has been enriched, expanding the company’s geographical and cultural boundaries, emphasising technical innovation, environmental sustainability and the human factor to shape a future based on new challenges and new possibilities.
